YEP is
becoming a center of attraction and a showcase of youthful collaborations.
Since YEP is a human resource development and capacity building
undertaking in disadvantaged third world communities, partnering with other
NGOs around the world with whom we share objectives is not an option but an
irresistible conditionality for our success. In this regard, YEP remains
open-armed to receive any gesture of partnership from any of such likes around
the world.
For instance, YEP has been
able to contribute significantly to youth development in Ghana through its
participation and partnership in the implementation of few National Summits and
Conferences including: World Bank Brainstorming Session on Youth Employment, the
2nd, 3rd & 4th African Youth and Governance Conference, 2nd Pan African
Leadership Conference, Ghana Youth Employment Forum and 1st & 2nd Model
African Union Summit; and the recent Africa Youth Economic Forum (AYEF 2013) in
Accra, Ghana.
ACHIEVEMENT SO FAR
Our activities and programs have
benefited young people throughout communities and we have even seen vast
testimonies of lives being empowered for a better cause. . . We are grateful to
the Almighty God.
Since inception and take off in
2007 YEP has, as at 2012, successfully sustained over 260 Youth
Empowerment Forums at Community Based Level. In terms of components, we have
testimonies of over hundreds of youth within Ghana, Liberia and across the
globe, whose lives have been imparted greatly; they have been transformed and
are living meaningfully today.
